The following link is a shortcut that will invoke your email agent with
the correct information.

Once the email pops up simply send it and you will receive an invitation
to join the mailing list from the list server. You must reply to the
invitation in order to join. This two step procedure prevents someone else adding you and spamming you.
If the above link does not work or you have a problem with your email
agent, you can join the PIC XCSB mailing list manually by simply sending an
email to:
majordomo@xcprod.com
with the following text in the message:
subscribe pic-xcsb
